Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Provided by Lovelea Lynch for the September 2016 issue of SouthwestNOW Magazine. 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk 1 banana, sliced 2 Tbsp. peanut butter 5 cubes ice 1 Tbsp. ice cream, optional (if you want to gain weight/muscle mass) Mix all ingredients in a blender; blend to preferred texture and serve.
