Pumpkin Bread

  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin (14 oz.)
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans
  4. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
  5. While bread is still hot, remove from pans and wrap in foil to keep very moist.
