Fourth of July Celebration:
Vendor fair, arts and crafts and parade. Activities run from 8:00-10:00 a.m., Heritage Park, 203 N. 8th St. “Celebrating America’s Superheroes” parade: 10:00 a.m. at Avenue B and the 8th Street Bridge, following North 8th Street south to Heritage Park, turning west on Avenue F and ending at Overlook Drive.

Independence Day Fireworks:
Free community fireworks display. Parking lot gates open: 6:00 p.m.; show starts: around 9:15 p.m., MISD Multipurpose Stadium, 1800 S. 14th St. Rainout date is July 5. For more information, call (972) 775-7177.

Game On Camp:

Movies in the Park:

Day Camp for Kids:

Parktopia:
Celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month with outdoor fun including kite flying, face painting, scavenger hunting, four square, snow cones, burgers and pizza. Free admission and food while supply lasts. 5:00-9:00 p.m., Community Park, 3601 S. 14th St.

Jesus Feeds Us:
