Resource and Health Fair:
Organizations from around the community will present information on health, wellness and other resources available to senior citizens. This event is open to all ages. Be sure to pick up a ticket at the door for a chance to win a prize! Seniors can arrive at 11:30 a.m. for a free lunch. Household Hazardous Waste Event:
Burleson residents may dispose of household hazardous waste, old electronics, tires and paper for shredding. Proof of residency including a city water or solid waste bill is required. Cinco de Mayo:
Bring the whole family for a night of fun! We will have music by Texican Internet Radio and performances from the Daniel Lopez y Aventura band and Ballet de Folklorico de Fort Worth. Burleson Animal Shelter Night at Cleburne Railroaders:
Come watch the Cleburne Railroaders take on the Winnipeg Goldeyes. $5 from every ticket gets donated to the Burleson Animal Shelter. There will be fireworks after the game! Super Safety Saturday:
The Burleson Fire Department, Burleson Police Department and Texas Health Burleson are teaming up to bring you the ultimate family-friendly event. Learn crucial safety tips for pool, sun, home, bike and fire — all while the kids have a blast! There will be bounce houses, face painting, free swim evaluations and chances to explore emergency vehicles. BTX Honey Tour Carnival:
Experience the third annual BTX Honey Tour Carnival. The festival will celebrate the fun, festive, family atmosphere of Burleson with live music featuring a variety of bands.
