Show Me How Festival:

Beetlejuice Jr.:

Ocho Loco 5K Race/Walk & Fun Run:
Get ready for a fun-filled morning that supports Crazy8 Ministries’ Housing & Counseling Programs, helping individuals and families in need. 5K Race/Walk and Sleep-in Support: $30. Gardening for Stormwater:
Do you have drainage or flooding issues with your yard? Come see the Tarrant Regional Water District demonstrate how to incorporate rain gardens, bioswales and more into your landscape! Bunny Daze:
Bring your Easter basket, and fill it as quickly as you can during our Egg-stravaganza! There will be activities including games, bounce houses, vendors, Country Critters Farm and more! The egg hunts will be divided into five age groups, and there will also be an egg hunt just for children with special needs and learning disabilities. This is a free event. Easter activities: noon; first egg hunt: 1:00 p.m., Chisenhall Fields, 500 W. Hidden Creek Parkway.

Aqua Egg Hunt:
Dive in to hunt for Easter eggs in the BRiCk’s Indoor Pool! Participation is limited, so pre-registration is highly recommended. Earth Day Celebration:
What better way to celebrate Earth Day than by spending time outside enjoying nature? Come explore the outdoors, and participate in fun activities, including education about ancient plants and animals, environmentally conscience crafts and live animal showings! Lotería Festival:
Did you know La Lotería is Mexican Bingo? But instead of numbers, you match pictures! It’s a fun way to learn a little Spanish while playing and having a blast! This is a free event. Game start: 10:00 a.m.; food is served: 11:30 a.m., Senior Activity Center, 216 SW Johnson Ave.

Arbor Day Celebration:
Join the Burleson Parks and Recreation team in planting 15 trees and partaking in yummy snacks. This is a free event. 10:00 a.m., Centennial Park, 1100 Scarlet Sage Pkwy.

Far Out Family Campout:
Parks and Recreation is hosting the popular Far Out Family Campout and Fishing Adventure. There will be archery lessons, fishing, a campfire, hot dog dinner and s’mores.
