Roasted Carrots With Thyme

  • 1 bundle organic carrots
  • 1/4 cup smoked olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh or dried thyme
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Peel the carrots; rub oil over each entire carrot.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and thyme.
  4. Wrap in parchment paper; bake for 20 minutes
