Christmas Eve Creamy Crock-Pot Hot Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Marshmallows or whipped cream, optional 
  1. In a Crock-Pot, whisk together all ingredients except the optional marshmallows or whipped cream.
  2. Cover; cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted.
  3. Whisk well before serving; garnish, if desired, with marshmallows or whipped cream.
