100 Hours of Play:
You track their reading, eating, sleeping and screen time … but when was the last time, you tracked your family’s play? Families are being challenged to log 100 hours playing outside between June 1 and July 27. Submit hours to enter weekly drawings, and keep working toward the big grand prizes at the end of the summer. Cost: Free. Mansfield Park & Recreation. Summer Reading Challenge:
Kicks off on Thursday, June 1. All ages can sign up to log reading and activities that go toward some awesome grand prizes. The Challenge closes at 11:59 p.m. on July 26, and winners will be contacted on July 27. The Summer Reading End Party will finish out the challenge on July 28. Cost: Free. Open Mic Night:
A communitywide invitation for artists to share art, poetry, music, song and dramatic monologues in a fan-friendly atmosphere. This month’s theme celebrates Black Music Month. Cost: $7-$15. 7:30-9:00 p.m., Farr Best Theater, 109 N. Main St.

Mansfield’s Juneteenth Celebration:
