Ham & Cheese Sliders

  • Nonstick cooking spray 
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp. onion, dried
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 16 oz. deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 
  2. Combine the butter, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds and dried onions. 
  3. Slice the rolls to make sandwiches. Remove the tops; set aside. 
  4. Place the bottoms of the rolls in a baking dish. Layer the ham onto the rolls; top the ham with Swiss cheese. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches.  
  5. Brush or pour the butter mixture over the rolls. 
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are browned and the cheese has melted.
